If due to illness or any issue related to Dan Pitman Media the final balance will be refunded in full. b. Dan Pitman Media-Initiated Cancellations • In the unlikely event that we must cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund of all payments made, including the booking fee. We will also work with you to reschedule the services, if possible. c. Refund Process • Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days of the cancellation. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed. 4. Rescheduling a. Client-Initiated Rescheduling • If you need to reschedule your service, please notify us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your new preferred date. However, rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur additional charges depending on the notice period. b. Dan Pitman Media-Initiated Rescheduling • If we need to reschedule the service due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you promptly and work to find a suitable alternative date. No additional charges will apply in this case.  5. Disputes and Complaints a.
