This Booking and Payment Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding the booking of our services, payment procedures, cancellations, and refunds. 1. Booking Process

A booking fee, as specified in the proposal, may be required to secure your booking. The booking is not confirmed until this payment is received.
D. Booking Modifications - Any changes to the scope of work, schedule, or other details after the booking has been confirmed may incur additional charges. We will discuss and agree upon any such modifications before proceeding.
2. Payment Terms
A. Payment Methods - We accept the following payment methods: Credit/Debit Cards, Bank Transfers, Other payment methods as specified in the proposal.
B. Payment Schedule • booking fee: A booking fee, typically a percentage of the total cost, may be required upon confirmation of the booking. This booking fee is non-refundable unless stated otherwise. Balance Payment - The remaining balance must be paid according to the schedule outlined in the proposal before work is carried out. This may include milestone payments for longer projects or a final payment upon completion of the services if these are the terms agreed by myself.
C. Late Payments - Late payments may incur additional fees or interest charges as specified in the proposal or contract. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if payments are not made in a timely manner.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
A. Client-Initiated Cancellations - If you need to cancel your booking, you must notify us in writing as soon as possible. The booking fee is under no circumstances refundable. If due to illness or any issue related to Dan Pitman Media the final balance will be refunded in full.
B. Dan Pitman Media-Initiated Cancellations - In the unlikely event that we must cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund of all payments made, including the booking fee. We will also work with you to reschedule the services, if possible.
C. Refund Process - Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days of the cancellation. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed.
4. Rescheduling
A. Client-Initiated Rescheduling - If you need to reschedule your service, please notify us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your new preferred date. However, rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur additional charges depending on the notice period.
B. Dan Pitman Media-Initiated Rescheduling - If we need to reschedule the service due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you promptly and work to find a suitable alternative date. No additional charges will apply in this case.
5. Disputes and Complaints
A. Dispute Resolution - If there is a disagreement regarding the services provided, we encourage you to contact us directly to resolve the issue. We are committed to addressing any concerns and reaching a satisfactory resolution.
B. Formal Complaints - Any formal complaints must be submitted in writing within 14 days of the service date. We will review the complaint and respond within 14 business days with a proposed resolution.
